Steps
A fully verified Ecashpay account is required before you claim your remittance
- Launch the Ecashpay app and select Remittance from the menu
- Choose from the Remittance Partners list
- Input the Reference Number from your remittance transaction
- Verify the correct transaction information, such as the sender name and amount
- Upload the beneficiary’s ID and disbursement proof
- Input Transaction Password
- Click Submit on your confirmation screen
- Check for the in-app and SMS confirmation of your remittance claim’s successful receipt!
